Knox is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site. Knox collects information from you when you register on the Site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, post a job, post a profile, respond to a posting, provide us with feedback on our products or services, discuss service options over the telephone, utilize our mobile applications or that you otherwise provide on the Site or by phone, email, postal mail or otherwise. This is information that you voluntarily submit to us that could identify you personally, including contact information, such as your name, email address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself and your business, including employment history information that you may provide on employment applications and financial information, such as payment method details, including account number, expiration date, security code, and billing address (collectively, "Personal Information").
Knox may also log non-personally-identifiable information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, type of operating system used, geographical location, browser type, length of visit, pages viewed, and referral source. If you are using a mobile device, we may also receive unique device identifiers and other information about your mobile device(s) and mobile operating systems.
We may request permission to collect certain information from or about you, for example, if you use any Knox mobile application, we may request permission to access information about the contacts in your mobile device phone book when you initiate certain functionality. We may also request permission to access and store your location from the mobile devices used to access the Site.
You represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to provide us all information you provide about yourself and others.
How we use information we collect
Knox may use Personal Information to respond to you and to improve your browsing experience by personalizing the Site, process your transactions, provide you with information on products, services or events, and to send you other information which we think may be of interest to you or to follow up with you after communication with us. We will share Personal Information with third parties to the extent they need to have it to provide you with requested services or information.

Do we use 'cookies'?
A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since each browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.

COPPA (Child Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
